The policy below is valid on full price services booked directly with Spa Mika. It is not valid on services purchased from third parties, such as vouchers. It is not valid on discounted services purchased at a % off rate. *
RESCHEDULE 48hrs PRIOR TO TREATMENT TIME
If you've booked a service with us on www.spamika.co.uk and you need to cancel or reschedule, there's no fee as long as you do it at least 48hrs prior to your treatment time, by using your booking confirmation or you can also email us to email@example.com or call us on 0208 004 1400 with your request at least 48hrs prior to your treatment time.
RESCHEDULE WITHIN 48hrs, HOWEVER PRIOR TO YOUR TREATMENT TIME
100% from the cost of your experience will be charged if you wish to rebook for an alternative date. You must contact us within 30 days to reschedule & fulfill your new appointment. The fee will be used to cover your Therapist lost time and any additional fees incurred by Spa Mika for a service that would have been sold to alternative Guest. Rebooked appointments can not be rescheduled or refunded, which means if you missed the appointment you will be charged full price for a new one.

NO SHOW GUESTS
No show Guests who missed their appointment and did not contact us to reschedule prior to their booking will not be entitled to reschedule even for a fee.
When you buy a package of time with us, we commit to having enough time available to serve you. That affects how many other clients we can take on. For that reason, we request you arrive in line with the advise on your booking confirmation prior to your appointment to ensure you are not late and you allow us to serve you. Our time is valuable, and so is yours. If you're late for your appointment, you lose that time. If you don't show you'll still be charged in full. In turn, we promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well.
Although we will do our utmost to accommodate your treatment on the day, this is strictly subject to availability, which means if the day is fully booked we would not be able to offer you your treatments at a later time.
